Returns / Refunds / Cancellation Policy

Introduction

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund / replacement.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us at customer@woollenstore.com.

For orders that are cancelled after dispatch and while in transit, or rejected (in case of COD orders) Rs.100 shipping costs will be charged. For pre-paid orders same will be deducted during the refund process, and in case of COD- reward points will be deducted.

Returns

​

You may return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To return your purchase, please contact us at customer@woolenstore.com and we will provide you with a return authorization number.

Refunds

​

We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving your returned item. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.

​

Exceptions

​

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items that have been used or damaged

• Items that are not in their original packaging

• Items that are not accompanied by a return authorization number
