This website is owned and operated by M. Chandiram & Sons. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us.
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site or Services.

If you continue to use the Site or Services after any changes to the Terms have been made, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes. Site and Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 13 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
Key Commercial Terms
When buying an item, you agree that:

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Shipping Policy
For orders that are cancelled after dispatch and while in transit, or rejected (in case of COD orders) Rs.100 shipping costs will be charged. For pre-paid orders same will be deducted during the refund process, and in case of COD- reward points will be deducted.
All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Udhagamandalam, Tamil Nadu by reputed courier agencies. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order

14-21 business days for international delivery.
(Note: International deliveries maybe subject to customers duties that the customer will have to pay to receive the package. We only charge shipping fee and not customs)
Order deliveries will be made between 9 am – 8 pm Monday – Saturday.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.
Woollen Store takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
Woollen Store is not responsible for damage after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Intellectual Property

You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing.

Dispute Resolution
These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of India, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Udhagamandalam, Tamil Nadu.
The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Site and Services. These Terms supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
